This is my second review! First is below. Dr.Sang Yum has once again, earned my deep respect and gratitude for his expertise and exceptional manner of care for my dental health. This Doctor’s professionalism and genuine compassion for his practice is obvious and impressive. He takes your dental health personal and your well being to heart. I have found my dentist, which is no small feat! He’s worth your time, as you are worth his. Prepare to experience the best dental care ever, be he truly cares. First Review: My experience today with Redmond Dental Care was exceptional. All the staff, courteous, friendly, warm, thoughtful, and very helpful. The hygienist Misty was above & beyond a 10 all across the board. She was gentle, & helpful regarding how to provide my teeth the best maintenance and dental care. Dr. Sang Yum was efficient & thoughtful. I felt really well cared for by all the staff in the office. There’s a great visible diversity and overall it is very, very difficult to find an exceptional Dentist these days and my prayers have been answered. Lastly I was able to schedule my next appointment only two working days out. My entire experience was a complete class act!

Absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish. The dentists are incredibly skilled, meticulous, and compassionate, and the entire staff is equally amazing — warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every person in the office made me feel comfortable and valued. The level of care, hospitality, and excellence here truly feels world-class. I’ve been going to Redmond Dental Care for at least 25 years, and Dr. Yum has consistently done a fantastic job. In fact, I had an accident on New Year’s Eve that required emergency dental work. Dr. Yum actually left his New Year’s Eve party to meet me after hours at his clinic and perform a root canal that saved my tooth. His willingness and warmth in going out of his way for his patients is truly unprecedented. Even though I’ve moved away from Redmond, I still make the hour-long commute to continue seeing him. Thank you, Dr. Yum and staff, for your skilled treatment and impeccable customer service over the years.

After trying out three different dental offices, I can confidently say that Dr. Sang Yum is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had! From the very first visit, I could tell that he truly cares about his patients and takes the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understand my treatment options and feel comfortable every step of the way. Both hygienists I’ve seen here—one Korean girl and one white girl (I’m so sorry I forgot your names!)—were absolutely wonderful as well. They were extremely gentle, thorough, and professional, while also being super friendly and approachable. I really appreciated how responsible and attentive they were, making my cleanings smooth and stress-free. The entire staff at this office is warm and welcoming, which makes such a huge difference, especially for someone like me who can get a little nervous about dental visits. Highly recommend.
